From lead singer of industrial hybrid pop duo Jakalope w/Dave Ogilvie (NIN/Manson), to former CCMA Rising Star nominees, Sons of Daughters, Chrystal Leigh has been making her mark on the Nashville music scene since her arrival from Vancouver, Canada back in 2016. Her duo’s debut EP Love In A Bar was released in 2019, and features their Billboard top 15 single “Ain’t Gonna Be Lonely Long.” Since Leigh’s move to Nashville, she has collaborated with numerous Grammy-nominated songwriters, and has showcased at several iconic venues, including the Bluebird Cafe, The Listening Room, and Nashville’s favorite Monday night party, Whiskey Jam. Her former duo has performed at large-scale festival gigs such as CMA Fest, Boots and Hearts & has opened for A-List acts such as Kelsea Ballerini & Luke Bryan. Since the disband of her duo, Chrystal has been writing for numerous pop acts, recently landing cuts with artists such as Shawn Hook (Ultra Music) & Olivia Penalva (DMP Records) and has been in the studio recording her long-awaited solo debut, set to land on all DSP platforms Fall of 2021.
