Evan Bartels & Cotter Hill
Saturday, September 26, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
Nebraska native, and now Nashville local, Evan Bartels isn’t holding back. During a time when we’re all looking for something to believe in, Bartels is preaching a much-needed gospel: live a life that doesn’t shy away from difficulty, but rather uses every aspect of the journey, its joys and sorrows, to grow into the best version of ourselves.
Cotter Hill has called Nashville home for five years and has notched over 150 shows all throughout the southeast and Midwest over the past three – all while writing and playing countless songs for strangers, friends, and anyone who will listen. Hill, a Southeastern TN native, has meticulously crafted and independently released 3 songs “It’s Her”, “Secondhand Smoke,” and his latest release “Better Off” amidst innumerable obstacles in 2020. Through all this, he has clung to his vision of bringing honest lyrics and accessible melodies to his audience. In the spring of 2021 he is proud to bring a new collection of melodic narratives under the title track “If I Was A Cowboy”.
