Born and raised on the coast of Lake Michigan, singer-songwriter i.am.james. has spent the last five years sharing her music with audiences across the country. With the recent halt of live music, she has landed back in Nashville and taken this time to finish recording her debut EP to be released in the near future.
Emily Amber is an indie pop artist in the process of spreading her roots. Raised in Nashville, it didn’t take long to find her calling. At twelve years old, Emily took an interest in writing songs and making music. While being mentored by a local creative arts group, she discovered her love for the stage. At just 16, Emily created her first project with a local independent label. Emily has honed her craft through countless hours of co-writing and performing to whatever audience she could get in front of. After receiving over 10 million views and over 1 million streams on Spotify with collaborators ‘Nerd Out’ on “Voices in my Head,” Emily went on to release her own music. Her debut single “Where Do We Go Now” released with Ben Schuller has has quickly received over 100,000 streams and rave reviews. Her second single, “Lonely Alone,” came out in December of 2018 and showed her audience a quick preview of her soulful pop side. Having already played festivals such as SXSW, Lyrics on the Lake, and local venues like The Listening Room and Third & Lindsley, Emily plans to take her music across the nation playing clubs and listening rooms. With thought-provoking lyrics and haunting melodies, Emily is sure to connect with everyone who listens.
