Jay Bragg is a singer, songwriter and bona fide honky-tonk man.
Upon moving to Nashville from his home state of Maine in 2015, Bragg and his out-of-the-box Jagger + Haggard style quickly found work at AJ’s Good Time Bar – the nightclub owned by country music legend Alan Jackson – and separated himself from the pack by taking traditional country music and setting it ablaze with a pure rock ’n’ roll attitude.
Within a few months, Bragg became the house band at AJ’s, playing 5 nights a week, 4 hours a night, and within a year, was invited to open for Jackson in his 2019 arena tour.
Bragg released the critically acclaimed “Honky Tonk Dream”, his first record as a solo artist, in 2018, and is currently in production for his much anticipated follow-up album scheduled to be released in the spring of 2020.
